Warranty: • Consumers: 2-year legal warranty against lack of conformity. • Professionals: commercial warranty according to our T&Cs. • Wear parts (battery, LED modules): covered against manufacturing defects. Normal wear (gradual decrease in battery life/light output) and damage related to non-compliant use or storage (e.g. deep discharge after prolonged storage while discharged) are not covered. • Diagnosis: we may request photos/videos and a guided test.
